SHIPPING INFORMATION
- Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages: If your package is damaged, take a photo before opening and send it to info@creativepackers.com. For lost or stolen packages, contact the company with your order and tracking number, and provide a secure address for a possible second delivery attempt.
- Incorrect Shipping Address: Contact the company immediately at info@creativepackers.com with your order number and the correct address. If the order has already shipped, additional carrier fees may apply for address changes.
- Order Modifications: Orders cannot be modified after being placed but can be canceled within 24 hours if not fulfilled. Contact info@creativepackers.com promptly to cancel an order.
- Adding to an Order: Place a second order online and email both order numbers to info@creativepackers.com to request order combination, provided the first order hasn’t been shipped.
- Shipping and Delivery Timeline: Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Saturday within 3-4 working days of order placement. Surface transport may take 7-10 working days for delivery, especially for volumetric weight items like boxes and trays. Delivery times may vary for non-metro cities, and there are no refunds, returns, or cancellations for delays.
